  1. Place order.
  2. After deciding on the item, select the relevant colour and size (if applicable) and click ADD TO CART. Your item will be added to your Shopping Bag (top right hand corner of the site) to confirm your selection.
  3. You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on it.
  4. Once you are ready to place your order, simply visit Shopping Cart and click PAY SECURELY NOW to continue.
  5. Make payment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT

For Bespoke Collection, a deposit of 50% is required as confirmation of your order (please refer to Bespoke Collection).

We accept Paypal as a method of payment. When selecting this option in the checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can either log in to an existing account or create an account, to arrange payment of your order. You will be redirected to the website once your order is received.

Online Account
At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & DELIVERY

We deliver locally within Singapore (2-3 business days) and internationally across the world (2-7 business days). Shipment time will vary for special and customized orders which we will advise during the ordering process.

Please check the list of countries under Delivery Options and click your country. International customers are responsible for local taxes and duties of their countries.

We aim to deliver your product(s) safely using local couriers and SingPost and Fedex (international orders) but we cannot be responsible for damaged goods, by the shipper, beyond reasonable control. Please check your order upon receipt to ensure that all is in order and contact our Customer Care Team with your Order Number, should there by any issues.

PO Box Addresses
We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your order.

All orders are packed in our Chinoiserie Blu branded packaging, with our compliments.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be totally happy and enjoy your purchase. However, should this not be the case, we will be glad to offer you an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. We accept returns for exchanges and credit (for your next purchase) in their original condition and un-worn/used. We also reserve the right to deny any unreasonable requests for returns.

This excludes Sales items purchased. We regret that special/customized/bespoke orders (which are made specially for you) and engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Return Email
Please email us to complete the form below to return or exchange your item(s).

Please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original condition and un-worn/used and with all packaging and tags attached. We would be happy to offer you the options of an exchange or store credit for your next purchase

REPAIRS

We accept repairs for Bespoke jewellery only. Kindly return your Bespoke item with a photo of its damaged condition, within 28 days of purchase, via registered post to our Studio address below. We will acknowledge receipt of your item and email you the repairs to be done, duration and costs, for your confirmation before we proceed.
